Hello, Sarah here, I am the Manager at Waites Gym. I have 14 years’ experience with working with the general public. As a keen gym goer I have trained in several gyms over the years and my aim is to build a community out of the members with team events and trip all in an environment that everyone is comfortable in. Level 2 in Fitness instructor and Level 2 in studio Cycling. My love for training is reflected in the classes I take at Waites Gym, I love meeting new people so come along and join our community.

I've been a personal trainer for 6 years now, I come from a group fitness background and moved onto focus more on personal training. My qualifications are Level 2 fitness instructor, Level 3 personal trainer, Level 3 pre and post natal exercise, Level 2 Studio cycling, NSCA qualified strength and conditioning coach & First aid qualified. My passion is good and varied movement, keeping clients not only looking good and feeling good but also leading a functional and pain free life. I have experience in a range of different areas of fitness from bodybuilding to Olympic lifting and CrossFit.

Hi there, I'm Dylan! I've been in the fitness industry now for around 6 years. I come from a bodybuilding background from which I have been competing for 6 years also. I really enjoy working with anyone, because I enjoy the variety of goals my clients have including fat loss, muscle and strength gain, general fitness and injury rehabilitation. I'm a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Sports Nutrition Coach and I am trained in First Aid as well as Child Protection and Safeguarding. The most rewarding feeling for me is seeing my clients not only succeeding with their training and nutrition but enjoying it along the way, because when you enjoy it, you're already half way to reaching your goals!
